On March 24, 2020, Assoc. Prof. Rapeepan Daengtanky, Dean of the International College, Maejo University in collaboration with Maetang Elephant Camp donated Nano-9 Silver Spray to Mr. Khomsan Suwanampha, Deputy Governor of Chiang Mai Province in an amount of 300 liters to spray around Chiang Mai Bus Terminal and Chiang Mai Train Station to kill COVID-19. This kind of chemical is better than alcohol and effective for 7-14 days. Currently, Maejo University has used this Nano-9 Silver Spray to spray in various areas of the university by joining forces with the Faculty of Animal Science and Technology, the Physical and Environmental Division, and the Office of the University to combat and get rid of the coronavirus-19 outbreak.
