On October 26, 2019, the President of Maejo University Student Organization and his working team, Maejo University Student Council, and some first-year students joined the volunteer work activities for the improvement of the Mae Kha canal area and joined in planting vetiver grass to prevent surface soil erosion in the Mae Kha canal area, Mueang District in Chiang Mai Province.
