The university has a policy to promote Supporting university departments, which in the past year 2022 had university departments that were inspected for the Green Office of the Department of Environmental Quality Promotion.
There are 4 sections, with the evaluation results as follows:

  1. Faculty of Engineering and Agro-Industry, evaluation results, excellent level (G gold)
  2. College of Alternative Energy (Upgraded) Excellent evaluation results (G gold)
  3. Faculty of Liberal Arts, evaluation results: good level (G Silver)
  4. Faculty of Animal Science and Technology, evaluation results, good level (G Silver)

All 4 departments will continue to operate the Green Office. In 2023, the Faculty of Liberal Arts Has applied for an external assessment in order to upgrade the level, which will be assessed in November 2023. For other departments, there will be an internal assessment. and undergo external evaluation after 3 years from now. Green Office Operations Steering Committee (Green Office) Maejo University with Associate Professor Second Lieutenant Dr. Surachai Kangwon, Dean of the Faculty of Economics) is the chairman of the committee. We would like to organize an event to present G Green award plaques and certificates to all 4 departments today by officially receiving the award plaques and certificates from the Rector. To provide morale to all 4 departments and other departments to ensure operations are in line with goals. and receive a plaque at a higher level and continue.
