On August 19, 2014, the Physical and Environmental Division organized a project to improve the Office of the President to a Green Office led by Mr. Prakong Yodhom, the Director. He reported to Mr. Rachata Chuewirote, the Vice President for Personnel and Physical Development who presided over the ceremony that the project was initiated by the Office of the President that had set out executive policies to support welfare, to create awareness about energy conservation, to conserve the environment, and to arrange environmental conditions of workplaces. The Physical and Environmental Division was assigned to conduct this project to provide knowledge on green offices and to improve the Office of the President to a green office. The speaker on the topic was invited from The School of Renewable Energy of Maejo University to share his knowledge with the participants at Queen Sirikit Rose Room in the Orchid and Ornamental Flower Center Building.
