To be considered as a smart building, the building needs to acquire at least 5 features.
This year, Table 2.1 demonstrates that forty-three buildings are classified as smart buildings from 115 buildings that have been examined and the total area of all smart buildings is 302,856.44 m2. Appendix 2 contains a list of all Maejo buildings that have been observed by the division of physical systems and environment. Fig 2.1 displays the pictures of smart buildings at Maejo University.
