Administrators and student representatives of Maejo University attended the award ceremony for the environmental performance of youth in the university (Green Youth) at the national level for the year 2022.

The Department of Environmental Quality Promotion and the Project Evaluation Committee have considered and evaluated the implementation of the Green Youth Project of Maejo University. The evaluation results are within the gold standard criteria. Currently, there is a network of conservation clubs. At the higher education level across the country, 72 universities joined in driving environmental activities, and in 2022 there was an evaluation of the Green Youth project with clear and concrete results.
