Maejo University organizes MJU_ECO_DAY activities for World Environment Day 2025.

On Thursday, June 5, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Wiraphon Thongma, President of Maejo University, presided over the opening ceremony of the MJU ECO DAY activity on World Environment Day 2025, with Associate Professor Chakkraphong Phimphimon, Vice President, giving a report. This activity aims to create awareness of environmental conservation around us, support each other, and create a cycle and cycle that is related to every system, creating an understanding of the impact of environmental problems. Many executives, personnel, students, and learners participated in the activity at the Phae Phut Building, Maejo University.

MJU ECO DAY this time has many activities, such as Green Talk on the environment by a qualified speaker, Mr. Chirakorn Suwong, a member of the Tourism Industry Council of Chiang Mai Province, and Mr. Prem Phruekthayanon, owner of the page Uncle Saleng with Missing Trash, Green Showcase of agencies and schools in the Think (s) Love (s) World project network, totaling 10 schools, to show and share ideas for saving the world, Green Lifestyle with a DIY activity to make bags from reused vinyl, and sharing and exchanging. Forwarding leftover items, including Green Food, safe and healthy food, which has received a lot of attention.
