On Wednesday, October 16, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wiraphol Thongma, President of Maejo University, presided over the opening of the workshop “Driving the Development and Ranking of Universities towards Sustainability” and provided policies for driving universities towards sustainability to create understanding of relevant criteria, exchange knowledge and operational guidelines for the executives, the committee driving the development and ranking of universities towards sustainability, and related persons, totaling more than 100 people. Assoc. Prof. Chakkraphong Phimphimon, Vice President, gave a report at the Khao Hom Mali Room, Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, Maejo University.

The university places importance on driving operations for both SDGs Impact Ranking, Green University Ranking, and HURS to achieve the set goals through the participation of all units within the university, both faculties and offices, both in terms of jointly driving operations and preparing data for further ranking.
